Enjoy a morning of heart-expanding through the medicine of ceremonial cacao. We will drop in with a heart-opening cacao circle and light meditation, followed by an intuitive journaling session, and integrate with a sound journey with Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls, Gongs, and other instruments of transformation.

During our time together, you will have the opportunity to connect with your personal cup of cacao as you prepare it alongside Natalie. She will provide all of the ingredients for you to create your own recipe, with light guidance from Natalie, and your own body's intuition and senses.
