Join me for a morning of heart-centered exploration through the modality of sound and ceremonial cacao. You will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare your cup of cacao with blends of spices & medicinal herbs. You will be provided with all the ingredients to create your unique recipe, with light guidance from me, and your own body's intuition and senses.

Together, will center in with a heart-opening cacao circle + light meditation, followed by an intuitive journaling session, and integrate with a sound journey with Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls, Gongs, and other instruments of transformation.

Sound baths take you on a journey that offers support healing on a cellular, emotional, and energetic level, facilitating a nervous system reset and bringing the mind into peace and harmony.
