She will provide all of the ingredients for you to create your own recipe, with light guidance from Natalie, and your own body's intuition and senses. 

We will drop in with a heart-opening cacao circle + light meditation, followed by an intuitive journaling session, and integrate with a sound journey with Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls, Gongs, and other instruments of transformation.
